How long will it take to receive my package?

I use USPS for shipping and usually they are fast and reliable when it comes to delivery: usually can safely say within 5-7 business days for domestic shipping.  Each package will have a tracking number that I will forward to you so you'll know where the package is en route.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do! Shipping cost and estimated delivery time will depend on location and will be calculated in the check out page.

What's your return and refund policy?

Full returns and refunds can be made within 7 days after receiving the product.  The buyer is responsible for shipping and the cost will be deducted from the refund.  The product must come in the original packaging, undamaged and unused.  

What about exchanges?

Exchanges are honored within 14 days of receiving the product.  Exchanges do not include a partial refund for the product.  Exchanges can only be made for the full cost of the product and will be charged if there is an additional balance made.  The buyer is responsible for shipping both directions if necessary. 

The pieces look dainty, are they fragile?

The materials I use for my creations are from natural and organic sources: gemstones and shells in particular.  They are fragile and need to be cared for.  Dropping them on a hard ground, stepping or sitting on them for instance could break the pendant and the rest of the piece.  Some of the chain I use is dainty and fragile as well.  I'm a pretty rugged person myself and I think having created this style of jewelry reminds me to be more gentle with myself.  Do handle the pieces with care!

What if my piece breaks? What do I do?

I stand behind my creations and it happens from time to time that they break from wear and tear.  I am more than happy to fix the piece for free within 6 months of wearing it at no additional cost except for shipping. After 6 months, I will assess the damage to the piece and calculate the cost of the repair starting from $10 - $50 depending on time and materials.  I will give you a quote upon receiving the item.  Some pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.  

Do you do custom order and designs?

Absolutely! I love customs.  Reach out to me via email and we can start working on it!

Where else can I see your collection?

You can view my whole collection (or most of it) at the Andaz Hyatt Maui every Sunday from 9-5.  I also participate in select craft fairs and festivals so stay tuned for those announcements.  And I have select pieces in the Awili Spa at the Andaz Hyatt Maui and at Sassabella Boutique in Paia.
