Emerald is a stone that helps promote wisdom or “sagehood”.   It’s also for a person who is an overachiever, who has too many projects, goal driven and adrenal exhausted.  Helps us release our frustrations and resentments especially with the sentiment of “not having enough”.  Emerald is also detoxifying and helps the body clear itself of poisons.  The green represents the regeneration of self, specifically in regards of stress surrounding meeting goals too quickly.  Keeps us grounded in the present moment.  

Cleansing and Charging

Cleanse in running water.  Charge in the sun for 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Avoid too much exposure to the sun.
